The Civil Service Agency wishes to clarify that Government is currently reviewing the pay and grading structure of the Civil Service as part of the overall Civil Service Reform.

This pay and grading exercise is still under review by the Cabinet and all Government employees will be paid as usual for the “26”.

The ultimate objective of the pay and grading review exercise is to introduce and maintain fairness and equity in the monthly compensation of all Civil Servants.

The Civil Service Agency is asking all Civil Servants to await the final outcome of this exercise.
